Liz Cecala - Licensed Esthetician
Elizabeth is originally from Ohio but grew up vacationing on Hilton Head Island every summer. After studying Hospitality Management at Bowling Green State University, Elizabeth moved to Hilton Head for an internship in 2006. She has always had an interest in healthy living and skin care, so Elizabeth decided to follow her passion and study Esthetics at the International Spa Institute in Bluffton. She loves educating people on the benefits of dedicated skin care, and the most rewarding aspect of her career is helping people look and feel their best.
Elizabeth also enjoys spending time with her dog, Pinot, cooking and exploring the great outdoors.
Becky Brinson - Certified Permanent Makeup Artist
Becky graduated from the Academy of Cosmetic Arts and Sciences and is certified in medical tattooing, permanent makeup and tattoo fading. She offers permanent makeup services including eyebrows, eyeliner and lips. Becky specializes in 3D tattooing, which includes areola restoration and simulated hairstroke. She is also a Certified Surgical Technician with over 12 years’ experience in the field of plastic surgery.
Becky grew up in Savannah. She is married and has two children. In her spare time, Becky enjoys fishing and working in the yard.
Laura Bradshaw - Medical Assistant
Laura grew up in North Carolina and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She has 4 years’ experience as a medical assistant in Dermatology. Laura is excited to contribute her knowledge and skills in a plastic surgery setting, where she gets to see patients realize their innermost strength and beauty.
Laura and her husband moved to Bluffton in July 2014, and they absolutely love the area! They enjoy fishing and taking their dog, Hailey, to the beach. Laura loves sharing surfside stories with her parents, who actually honeymooned on Hilton Head some years ago.
Lynzee Fazio - Office Manager
Originally from Pennsylvania, Lynzee moved to the Lowcountry in 1997 and was raised on Hilton Head Island. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Clemson University in 2012. After graduating, Lynzee moved back to Hilton Head where she now lives with her husband and family.
She has a strong background in management and brings years of experience from her former position at a luxury spa on Hilton Head. Lynzee is intrigued by the ever-growing field of plastic surgery and all it has to offer. She takes great joy in helping people realize a renewed sense of self.
Lynzee loves to travel, read and take scenic road trips. France is her favorite destination country. She also enjoys developing her photography skills and spending time with friends and family, especially her dogs Boogie and Snoop.
Meghan Lowe - Patient Care Coordinator
Meghan Lowe grew up in New York and graduated from Slippery Rock University in May of 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Exceptionalities. She then moved to Bluffton to pursue an internship at Volunteers in Medicine. While there, she developed a wellness program for women aimed at promoting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Meghan joined the Pinnacle team in September of 2014. She is intrigued by the field of plastic surgery and all it has to offer. As a Patient Care Coordinator, she expertly guides each patient through their unique cosmetic or reconstructive experience. She sees each day as a chance to support patients and help them realize a renewed sense of confidence.
Meghan also enjoys baking, shopping and playing with her puppy, Zeus. She loves to travel and is excited to continue exploring the Lowcountry.
Beth Bouknight - Marketing Coordinator
Born and raised in South Carolina, Beth received her Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Communications from Clemson University. After studying Graphic Design and International Marketing in Florence, Italy, she fell in love with the marketing aspect of communications. She has work experience in magazine and print media, as well as event planning and promotions. Beth brings eight years of experience in the graphic design and marketing industries to her position at Pinnacle.
In her spare time, Beth enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to movies, attending sporting events and watching The Bachelor/Bachelorette.
Lindsay Perry - Media Production Manager/Copywriter
Originally from Atlanta, Lindsay started her career as a Video Editor at CNN Sports, where she developed play-by-play highlights for CNN Headline News. Lindsay moved to Savannah in 2006 and became a Television News Producer for the WTOC morning show.
In 2011, Lindsay’s husband transferred from the Army to the Air Force and they relocated to Colorado Springs for the duration of his education and training as a Tactical Air Control Party Officer. During this time, Lindsay devoted her days to volunteering with two outstanding organizations: the Peterson Air Force Base Physical Therapy Clinic and Pikes Peak Therapeutic Riding Center.
Lindsay was excited to return home to Savannah in 2014, where she lives with her husband, Mike and their dog, Pepé. She feels extremely blessed to live and work in one of the most beautiful places in the country! Lindsay is passionate about the plastic surgery field and loves educating the public about Dr. Klenke’s practice. She learns new things every day and finds herself in awe of modern-day plastic surgery and how it can, literally, change a person’s life.
Trevor Klenke - Director
Trevor ensures the stability and financial security of Pinnacle Plastic Surgery with his experience in strategic planning and corporate forecasting. Since graduating Cum Laude with degrees in Accounting and Business Information Systems, he has served as a project analyst, auditor and financial analyst in banking, insurance and pharmaceuticals.
In particular, Trevor’s proven ability to compose projections and evaluate the effectiveness of enterprises played a key role in planning the practice. These skills ensure that every resource is devoted effectively to patient care. His attention to detail is evident in his professional life as well as his hobbies; Trevor has played the violin, an instrument that demands precision, since age 7.
Trevor and Audrey married in April 2013 after a courtship that began in an unlikely spot. A friend texted Trevor claiming beautiful women were at their favorite coffee shop. When Trevor arrived, “The only one I saw was Audrey.”
